Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your unborn child. We are currently three; mom – Colleen, dad – JF, and son – Jacob, but we really would like to add to our family. Colleen works for the Harvard School of Public Health in the nutrition department, and JF is completing his PhD in Biology at Boston University. We live just outside of Boston with a very friendly dog, and a less friendly cat. We are an inter---racial family: Colleen is white, JF is half Haitian, half Dutch, and Jacob is from Ethiopia. We have been married for over 5 years, together for 7. We actually got married twice --- first we eloped and had a service in our back yard and then we had a church marriage. Both were great fun! After running together, going to church together, and hanging out all the time, we finally started to date! After dating for only 8 months we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.
